Today I am going to try and finish some of the production tasks like

• Production log
• Location recce
• Actor release form
• Shot list for my model
• Also I am going to do a plan for the week
• Finish my costume and prop list
• After school do the quick podcast
• Plan for double page spread

These are both of my production logs to show that there are no problems during shooting day and also that there are no hazards bothering at that time, I should make sure that everything safe and secure.

This is the model release form to identify that my models are the people that I am going to take camera shots of has agreed that she would be my model and also I have made a witness sign to show that it is OK .

This weeks plan is to

• Get my publication uploaded

• Do the shots that I am going to use for my model

This is the location recce to convey that I am able to use the college for the model shoots and the detail of the college for any consequences and all the things that are going to be included on the day lie the lighting, shooting, power and sound available.

This is my second draft of the music magazine double page spread, this is to show how my music magazine is going to look and the way the layout is going to be.

Research and planning- plan for the week 16/11/2011

This week I am going to do as many things that I can such as:

• Getting a photo taken of my colour draft and music magazine collage and uploading it on the blogger.
• Also I will start my magazine
• Finish some of the production documents sheet
• Try and get my model post done
• Start writing the double page spread down as a draft and then start creating the real one.
• Start an extra genre post
• I will also be finishing of creating the prop list and getting it up to date on what I want to use.

Research and planning-Test shots with SLR camera

This is a picture of Abbey and Gabby which I have took inside of college. In here it is low key lighting because it's a bit dark on the background and the camera was kind of right on her face which made her face look really bright, this isn't a good picture because if it was for one person then it wouldn't look good with people on the background.

 

This is a picture which was also taken this is also a low key lighting as the background is dark, but the picture was taken too close to the person which made it really bright.

This is a picture also taken inside so it looks like a low key lighting as it is inside in the dark, this picture can be used as it is a normal pose picture which looks good to be put on the magazine.

This a high key lighting picture which was taken outside, it looks bright and it will look good on the magazine. these have all been taken in the college and out side college.

What artists would you associate with the genre?

• Cheryl Cole
• JLS
• Taylor swift

I chose these because some of them have colour schemes, such as JLS yellow, red, blue and green, the others may have accessories that have colors on.

What looks does your models need to have? 

• My model needs to wear make up that will be consistent with the colour scheme of my pop magazine

• Needs to wear clothes that match the colour scheme
• Accessories need to be in the colour scheme, I would suggest they wear blue
• She would need to have a really professionalized hair style that would go like the pop artists like hair style of Cheryl Cole or Katy Perry and Taylor Swift.

What mise- en- scene do you associate with your genre?
The location am thinking to put on my magazine is in a stage with a microphone to show that she is singing and it would look good like that as people may think that she is a pop artist. Or it could be in a place that is really good to take photo shoots, with lights all around hitting from the back of her and you could see the light in the background which makes her look clear to see.



What costumes/outfits do they need to be wearing?

• Skinny jeans
• Leather jacket
• A pink top to go with the pop magazine colour scheme
• Accessories like jewellery in the colour blue
• Some winter furry boots to look stunning
